The CCi Advisory Committee, defined through legislation, evaluates and provides recommendations regarding proposed new industries that would utilize the services of offenders, prior to their establishment. Members of this committee, selected from the State of Colorado, correctional⁄law enforcement entities, private industry and organized labor, serve for the duration of their term in office, or for a three–year appointment by the Governor of Colorado.

CCi may provide custom-manufactured products when agreed upon by both the customer and CCi. All custom-manufactured products will be assessed a design fee. If design and price are accepted by the customer, manufacturing will begin.

Great news! Delivery, assembly and setup are all included in our prices. CCi will deliver to the shipping address noted on the original purchase order. You may choose an inside office delivery or dock delivery. Please be aware that all inside office deliveries are for CCi products only. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to move or rearrange existing furniture unless prior arrangements have been contracted for.
If you are aware of circumstances that may affect the timely delivery of your product, e.g. inaccessible elevators, narrow stairways/hallways/doors, or special equipment needs such as forklifts, please contact CCi with this information.

After products are delivered or services rendered, invoices are mailed. Please make your remittance payable to Colorado Correctional Industries. Reference the invoice number on your remittance to ensure proper credit to your account.
Colorado Correctional Industries is a division of the Colorado Department of Corrections. It is the mission of the Division of Correctional Industries to:
- Reduce inmate idleness and the demand for general-funded programs by working as many inmates as possible in self-supporting and productive industries.

At CCi we work hard to maintain the highest level of quality in all of our products and services. Many of our workers and staff are rated and measured by the level of quality they ensure in every product. On-going customer surveys after product delivery and questionnaires delivered with each product help us confirm that the people who buy from us are satisfied. CCi guarantees its furniture products (seating, case goods, modular systems) to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery for a two year period.
Should merchandise be identified as damaged upon delivery, our CCi delivery supervisor has the authority to offer the customer an "as-is" discount. This discount will be noted on the Delivery Record and subsequent Invoice OR the customer may refuse receipt and request replacement of product. Damage must be identified by the customer within 48 hours of receipt and acknowledged by a CCi representative.
Customers desiring to return product must first obtain the approval of a CCi representative within 30 days of receipt of product. Upon approval, a cover letter must accompany product referencing reason for return, approving CCi representative and your original purchase order or sales order. Please call our Customer Service Call Center 1-800-685-7891 to arrange product pickup. Product kept longer than 30 days will not be approved for return and/or credit.
If an agency:- Mistakenly orders an item, a 75% restocking fee will be assessed on items returned within 30 days
- Orders based upon incorrect CCi information, NO restocking fee will be assessed on items returned within 30 days
- Orders an item, and it is determined that a mutual error took place, NO restocking fee will be assessed on items returned within 30 days

Service Agreement
FREE customer service and a LIMITED lifetime warranty are a few of the customer service benefits you will experience when purchasing from Colorado Correctional Industries (CCi). CCi is dedicated to providing quality products to our customers. Due to the fact that CCi is constitutionally restricted from monetarily binding future legislators, we have developed a service agreement which is our answer to a private industry "warranty". We believe our customers will find that our service agreement meets and/or exceeds these same industry standards.
Customer Service
FREE service, pickup and delivery. As part of our service agreement, CCi will not charge for customer service hours, pickup or delivery of defective and/or repaired products. By listening to our customers' concerns, CCi puts forth all efforts to provide easy access and quick responses to your service needs. Customer service requests can now be made on-line - please click Service Request Form - or by phone at 303-370-2181 or to our Customer Service Call Center at 1-800-685-7891. Your service requests will be personally handled by our experienced staff and arrangements coordinated to complete your request.
Free of Defects
CCi guarantees its furniture products (seating, case goods, modular systems) to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery.
Should merchandise be identified as damaged upon delivery, a customer may:
- If damage is acceptable to our customer upon delivery, our CCi delivery supervisor has the authority to offer the customer an "as-is discount." This discount will be noted on the Sales Order/, Delivery Record and subsequent Invoice.
- The customer may refuse receipt and request replacement of product.
- A customer may accept the damaged product and request replacement. A CCi Punch List will be generated for all orders accepted with damage or missing components, noting extent of damage and conditions of replacement. CCi will process the Punch List and contact the customer with an expected date for order completion.
Damaged or missing components must be identified by the customer within 48 hours of receipt and acknowledged by a CCi representative. By signing the Sales Order/Delivery Record, without notations, the customer is acknowledging acceptance of order as received in good condition. This service agreement does not apply to defects from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, lost components, abuse, storage, environmental conditions or any modifications and/or improper assembly to CCi products made by the purchaser. Additional agreements are described below.
Seating - Case Goods - Modular Systems
Lifetime warranty
CCi offers LIMITED lifetime warranties for seating, case goods and modular system products. CCi will offer extended and lifetime warranties offered by vendors for components used in the manufacture of CCi products. All seating, case goods and modular systems sold through CCi are guaranteed to be free of defects in components and workmanship upon delivery. CCi will replace and/or repair defective products at our expense. Exceptions to the lifetime warranty are noted below.

Laminates and Upholstery
Laminate materials offered by CCi are considered of high quality and reasonably free of defects. CCi laminated products are sold subject to normal variations or irregularities in color or grain. Minor variations between finishes in products provided
by single or multiple manufacturers are also considered to be acceptable. Slight variations in laminated wood products' grain or color due to product age or natural differences in graining structure are beyond the control of CCi. No products may be rejected due to
reasonable variations in wood grain or finish. Should our customer encounter any problems due to workmanship within one year, CCi will offer replacement and/or repair.
Covering materials offered by CCi are considered of high quality and exceed and/or meet the industry standards for surface abrasion and flammability. CCi upholstered products are sold subject to normal variations or irregularities of color, surface grain or texture. Yet, should our customer encounter any problems due to workmanship, unusual wear or fading of any covering material within one year, CCi will offer replacement and/or repair. CCi cannot assume responsibility for customers' own material (COM).
Replacement Components
CCi will make note of all components missing upon delivery by completing a CCi Punch list. CCi will process the Punch List and contact the customer with an expected date for order completion.
Following 48 hours after initial delivery it will become the customer's responsibility to replace lost product components; i.e., handles, knobs, file racks, keys, levers, arms, etc. These items are available by contacting our Customer Service department or your CCi representative. Discontinued Products
Changes in market trends or customer demands may cause product lines to be discontinued or outdated. This market process may affect our service agreement due to the fact that original replacement components may no longer be available. Should this occur, CCi will make all attempts to repair the product. If CCi cannot repair the product within the first five years of purchase, a comparable replacement will be offered. CCi will gladly work with our customers to provide a replacement quote for any discontinued products that are non-repairable and older than five years.
