In order to purchase from our full range of products, you will need to be registered as an approved CCi customer. You can become an approved customer if you are a Colorado resident and represent:

  • A federal government agency
  • A state government agency
  • A local government agency
  • An approved non-profit agency

To register now as a new customer, please click On-line Registration to get immediate approval, or go shopping and then follow the Login steps explained in On-line Ordering.

If you are a Colorado Department of Corrections employee, you may purchase from our BDU selection only. Go shopping for your BDUs and then follow the Login steps explained in On-line Ordering.

If you are a Colorado resident and are not registered as an approved customer, you may purchase from our fishing rod selection or our K-9 Companion Dog sale items only.

Each on-line product displays a shopping selection, with a shopping cart button to start purchasing an item. If you are not yet an approved CCi customer (please view Who Registers link for details on registration and why), you can apply on-line and receive immediate approval as long as you represent a government agency (state or federal) or nonprofit organization.

Step 1: Go Shopping!

Begin by browsing the website until you find an item you would like to buy on-line. Click the Continue button. At the next page, enter the quantity you want, and choose from any options offered. Click the Add to Cart button. Repeat for any other items required. When you are ready to purchase your items, click on the View Cart button at the top of the Web page, check your purchases are correct and then click on the Check-Out button.

Step 2: Login

  • If you are a registered customer:
    • Enter your user ID.
    • Enter your password.
    • Click the Login button.
  • If you wish to register as a customer:
    • Click the New Customer button.
    • On the form displayed, enter Contact and Billing information.
    • If your shipping address is different from your billing address, uncheck the Shipping Address is same checkbox and enter Mailing information.
    • Click either the government agency or the nonprofit organization radio button.
    • Enter the password you want to use when making CCi purchases.
    • Click the Submit Application button.
    • Make note of the User ID (Customer ID) assigned to you for CCi purchasing.
    • Click on the Return to Login button, and enter your user ID and password.
    • Click the Login button.
  • If you are a DOC employee:
    • Click the DOC Employee BDU Orders radio button.
    • Enter your training number.
    • Enter the last four numbers of your social security number.
    • Click the Login button.

Step 3: Complete Purchase

  • Make sure your shipping details are correct (see Shipping Items at left for detailed help).
  • Select your purchase method (see Purchase Method at left for detailed help).
  • Click the Submit Order button.
  • Review and verify your order before completing the purchase (see Verifying Orders at left for detailed help).
  • If you wish to amend or add to the order, click the Return to Cart button.
  • Otherwise, click the Complete Order button.
  • Please note that charges for credit card orders will be assessed upon delivery.

Once you have filled your on-line shopping cart with items, and followed the Login step (see On-line Ordering at left for detailed help), choose your purchase method.

Credit Card Purchase.

  • & accepted.

  • Click OK on the Verify purchase by Credit Card or Purchase Order message box.
  • Click the By Credit Card radio button in the Submission Type area.

To purchase items with a purchase order:

  • Click OK on the Verify purchase by Credit Card or Purchase Order message box.
  • Click the By Invoice radio button in the Submission Type area.
  • Click OK on the Give PO Number or COFR message box.
  • Enter the invoice number in the box labeled Invoice.

To complete the purchase:

  • Click the Submit Order button.
  • Review and verify your order before completing the purchase (see Verifying Orders at left for detailed help).
  • If you wish to amend or add to the order, click the Return to Cart button.
  • Otherwise, click the Complete Order button.

Once you have followed the steps to purchase your order (see Purchase Method at left for detailed help), and submitted the order, verify the order before completing the purchase:

  • Review the details of the order.
  • If you wish to amend or add to the order, click the Return to Cart button.
  • Otherwise, click the Complete Order button.
  • Credit card orders will be forwarded to VeriSign for processing.
  • Once processed by VeriSign, or if you purchased with a Purchase Order, you will be directed to our On-line Ordering Survey, which we hope you will complete so that we can continue to improve our service to you.
  • Check your email account, and be sure that you have just received an email confirming this order.

The prison trained K-9 Companion Dogs program has a wide and ever-changing list of dogs for adoption, from family pets to nursing home dogs to assistance dogs. It also offers boarding-in training to private dog owners.

The Colorado Surplus Property Agency is designated by state statute to dispose of all surplus state property. You will need prior approval for your department or agency before you can dispose of surplus items.
